I have a passion to not only reduce pain but also to improve health and wellness in all my patients.

I have treated thousands of patients with a huge variety of musculoskeletal complaints, chronic and acute back pain and neck pain, postural problems caused by driving or work strain, pain of arthritis and sport injuries. My patients range from newborns to the very elderly and everyone in between.

Your Osteopathy Appointment

On your initial visit to Punnetts Town Osteopathy I will take a full case history and discuss your presenting complaints and your medical history.

This will be followed by a physical assessment and examination to assess the movement of your joints, muscles and your posture, to identify what could be causing your symptoms.

Please wear loose fitting clothing or shorts and a vest to allow for comfort and a thorough examination of the affected area.

Your well being and comfort are of paramount importance and you will be kept informed throughout examination and treatment. You are always welcome to bring a family member or friend to accompany you during your visit however patients under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by a chaperone.

Following your examination I will discuss your diagnosis and a treatment plan before treatment is carried out.

If it is deemed osteopathic treatment is not appropriate in your case a referral may be suggested.
